Real-time calculation of the offset between the centers of the two optical fiber cores,
dynamic closed-loop compensation of the displacement, alignment based
directly on the fiber cores, even in the case of fiber eccentricity, high-precision alignment can
still be achieved, with more stable splicing loss, higher automation level,
and fully compatible with the requirements of high-standard engineering acceptance.

The entire machine is equipped with an industry-leading 11-motor
precision system, which has more dimensions of fiber fine-tuning.
It is paired with an advanced self-developed AI fiber core recognition
algorithm to calculate the offset of the center point of the two fiber cores
in real time, dynamically compensate for displacement through closed loop,
and directly align with the fiber core as a reference. Even if the fiber is
misaligned, it can still achieve high-precision alignment, more stable
fusion splicing loss, higher degree of automation, and fully adapt to
high-standard engineering acceptance requirements.
